Adult Classes
Traditional and interactive Wing Chun Kung Fu classes from beginners to advanced level students. No previous experience is required.
A typical class consists of:

15-20 minutes of warm-up exercises, jogging, stretching

Basic drills such as punching, kicks, footwork, pad work, and forms

Syllabus training and self-defence techniques/combat drills.

Warm down with Tai Chi/Chi Kung exercises
Weekly classes include:
